1. Classes for free
Before signing up for a paid programme, students can take a free trial lesson. You don't have to pay for the trial class. You can sign up for our premium courses after the trial. Our Management staff will cooperate with you in this matter.
2. Quran classes that cost money
Once the session starts, payments for online Quran classes are non-refundable, except in the rare instances listed below.
Students should check the timetables, teacher availability, and course specifics before paying.
3. Who can get a refund
Refunds might be possible in the following situations:
If AlQuran Vision cancels a class and can't reschedule it, they will give you a full refund.
technological Issues: If a student can't go to class because of technological problems that can't be fixed, we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion.
Other Special Circumstances: Each request for a refund under special situations will be looked at on its own.

👉 Proof of payment, if necessary
We will look over the request and get back to you within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Refunds in Part
If classes have already started and the student can't continue for a good reason, they may be able to get a partial refund.
The amount of the return will depend on how many lessons you went to and what you committed to when you signed up.
6. Things That Can't Be Returned
Once you open a downloaded Quran PDF, quiz, or other instructional resource, you can't get your money back.
You can't get your money back for services that have already been fully delivered or finished.
